ChatGenius counts conversations: one contact you reply to in a month. Free covers 50 conversations and 2 comment triggers. Creator costs $29 a month for 1,500 conversations and 10 triggers. Professional costs $99 and Business $297.

Waveloop limits new contacts only on Hobby. Hobby is free with no card: 3 automations, 50 new contacts a month and unlimited DMs. Creator costs $15 a month or $150 a year, with unlimited contacts and automations.
