What Magic Link does.
Magic Link sends a DM when someone comments on your post or reel. You pick the post, add trigger words like “link” or “price”, and the commenter gets a DM with your link. You can send your own product links or Earnly-approved affiliate links, and track clicks and earnings in your Earnly dashboard.
It is free and needs no card. You sign up with your mobile number, then connect a Creator or Business Instagram account through Instagram's API, so you never share your password. Its page says it is approved by Meta.
Where Magic Link fits best.
Magic Link sits inside Earnly, an influencer platform where brands send campaign requests to creators. If you already earn through Earnly, it is a simple free add-on. The affiliate links and the earnings view are built for that. Setup takes four steps: sign up, connect Instagram, pick a post and add your trigger words and link.
What Waveloop adds.
Waveloop covers more of your inbox. A comment, a story reply or a keyword someone DMs you can each start an automation. You can post a public reply under the comment, and add a link button to the DM on every plan. People who comment are saved as contacts you can search and export.
Hobby is free with no card: 3 automations, 50 new contacts a month and unlimited DMs. Each Hobby automation runs on one post or reel. Creator costs $15 a month or $150 a year, and ₹1,499 a month plus GST in India. It adds follow to unlock, email collection, card replies and automations on any post or your next post. Business adds an AI agent that drafts DM replies from your own knowledge for you to review.
You also get a link in bio page, and you can build automations by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT. Waveloop is an Official Meta Business Partner and an Official Meta Tech Provider.
Which one fits you.
If you want a free comment to DM tool and you earn through Earnly campaigns, Magic Link is an easy start. If you want story replies, DM keywords and lead capture in one place, Waveloop does more. See every plan on the pricing page.

FAQ
Waveloop and Magic Link by Earnly, answered.
Is Waveloop a good Magic Link alternative?
Yes, if you want more than comment replies. Waveloop also answers story replies and DM keywords, can post a public reply under each comment, and saves commenters as contacts. Creator adds follow to unlock and email collection.
Is Waveloop free like Magic Link?
Waveloop Hobby is free with no card: 3 automations, 50 new contacts a month and unlimited DMs. You pay only if you want Creator, at $15 a month, for follow to unlock, email collection, card replies and unlimited contacts.
Can I move my Magic Link automations to Waveloop?
There is no direct import from Magic Link. You recreate each comment to DM automation in a few steps, or import several at once from a CSV file, within your plan's automation limit.
Can I use Magic Link and Waveloop at the same time?
Yes, on different posts. If both tools run on the same post, one comment can trigger two DMs, so turn Magic Link off on any post you move to Waveloop.
Can I send affiliate links with Waveloop?
Yes. The DM can carry a link button to any link you choose, on every plan. Waveloop does not offer brand campaigns or a catalogue of affiliate links the way Earnly does.
Is Waveloop safe for my Instagram account?
Waveloop runs on Instagram's official API and is an Official Meta Business Partner and Official Meta Tech Provider. You log in with Instagram, so we never see your password.
