- What automation types can I build?Three types. Comment to DM, DM keyword and story reply. Every plan can build all three, including free Hobby.
- How do keywords work?Your automation fires when a comment or DM contains one of your keywords. Capital letters don't matter.
- Can I add buttons or links to the DM?Yes. Every plan can add a link button to the DM. Card replies with an image need the Creator plan.
- Can I reply publicly to the comment too?Yes. A comment automation can post a public reply under each comment it answers, on every plan.
- What is a follow gate?It asks people to follow you before your link arrives. It's on comment automations, on the Creator plan and up.
- Can I collect emails or leads?Yes. Comment automations save everyone they answer as a contact on every plan, and Creator and Business can also ask for an email inside the DM.
- Can I send different message versions?Yes. Write a few versions of your DM and Waveloop sends one at random each time. It's on every plan.
- How many automations can I run?Hobby includes 3 automations. Creator and Business have no limit.
- Why isn't my automation firing?Work through this checklist. Most of the time it's the Live switch, the post, the keyword or your Instagram connection.
