On the free Hobby plan you can have 3 automations. Creator and Business have no limit.
What counts toward the 3
- All three types count: comment, DM keyword and story reply.
- Automations that are switched off count too. A draft is still an automation.
- A duplicated automation counts as a new one.
When you reach the limit
Waveloop won't create a fourth automation on Hobby. You have two options:
- Delete an automation you no longer need. Open it from Automations and click the trash icon at the top.
- Or upgrade to Creator for unlimited automations.
If you already have more than 3 from before, they aren't deleted or switched off. You just can't add another until you're below the limit.
Make each one do more
- One automation can listen for several keywords, so you rarely need two on the same post.
- On Creator and Business, a single Any post or reel automation covers every post you publish.
- Hobby also includes unlimited DMs and 50 new contacts a month.
Before you delete one, open its Overview tab and check its runs. Keep the automations that still fire, and retire the ones on posts nobody comments on anymore.
