- How do I connect my Instagram?Open Connections, click Connect, and log in with Instagram. Waveloop never sees your password.
- What Instagram account type do I need?A professional account, Business or Creator. Instagram only lets apps like Waveloop send DMs for professional accounts.
- Waveloop asks for permissions. Is that safe?Yes. You approve access on Instagram's own page, Waveloop uses it to run your automations, and you can take it back anytime.
- Do you store my Instagram password?No. You log in on Instagram's own page, so Waveloop never sees or stores your password.
- Is Waveloop Meta verified?Waveloop is an Official Meta Business Partner and an Official Meta Tech Provider, and it runs on Instagram's official API.
- Can I connect more than one Instagram account?Yes. Each Instagram account gets its own workspace and its own plan, so you only pay for the accounts that need more.
- How do I switch between my Instagram accounts?Click your profile picture at the top of your dashboard, then pick the account you want under Switch workspace.
- My automations stopped or say "Reconnect". What do I do?Instagram ended Waveloop's login to your account. Reconnect and your automations start again, with nothing lost.
- How do I disconnect Instagram or delete my data?Disconnect from Connections to stop your automations. To delete your data, follow our data deletion steps or email us.
