To stop Waveloop, disconnect Instagram from Connections. To delete your data, follow our data deletion instructions or email us.
Disconnect Instagram
- Log in to Waveloop and open Connections.
- Click Disconnect Instagram.
- Click Disconnect to confirm.
Your automations stop right away. Your contacts and history stay in your workspace, so if you reconnect later, the automations that were live switch back on.
Using more than one Instagram account? Disconnect only affects the account you're on. Switch accounts first if you need to.
Remove Waveloop from Instagram
You can also end Waveloop's access from Instagram itself. Open your Instagram settings, find the list of apps and websites connected to your account, and remove Waveloop.
Delete your data
Disconnecting keeps your data. To have it deleted:
- Read our data deletion instructions.
- Email contact@waveloopai.com from the email address on your Waveloop account.
- Tell us your Instagram username and that you want your data deleted.
We'll reply to confirm once it's done.
Before you delete anything, you may want a copy of your contacts. You can export them from Contacts in your dashboard.
