Click your profile picture at the top of your dashboard, then pick the account you want. It takes two clicks.
- Click your profile picture at the top of your dashboard.
- Under Switch workspace, click the account you want.
A check mark shows which account you're on.
What changes when you switch
Each Instagram account is its own workspace. After you switch, the dashboard shows that account's automations. Anything new you build is added to that account.
Connections works on the account you're on, too. Refresh Permissions and Disconnect Instagram only affect that one account.
What keeps running
Switching only changes what you see. Live automations on your other accounts keep running in the background.
Can't find an account?
- It says Connect. You created the workspace, but its Instagram isn't connected yet. Click it to go to Connections and connect it.
- It's missing. It may have been disconnected or removed. Click Add New Workspace in the same menu and connect that Instagram again. Its automations and history are still there.
- You only see one account. You haven't added a second one yet. See Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
Hobby includes one Instagram account. Creator includes up to 3, and Business up to 5.
