- Is there a free plan?Yes. Hobby is free, needs no card, and includes 3 automations, 50 new contacts a month and unlimited DMs.
- What are the plans and prices?Hobby is free, Creator is $15 a month and Business is $52.56 a month. Paying yearly saves you 2 months.
- How does the 7-day free trial work?You add a card, pay nothing for 7 days, and the first payment is taken on day 7 unless you cancel first.
- Which payment methods can I use?Credit and debit cards work everywhere. In India you can also pay with UPI. The free trial needs a card.
- Why did my UPI payment fail or time out?Usually the request in your UPI app wasn't approved in time, or your bank or UPI app declined it. Try again and approve it quickly, or pay by card.
- Will I get a GST invoice?Your official tax invoice comes from Dodo Payments, our payment provider, by email after each payment.
- How do I cancel?Open Settings, then Billing Information, and choose Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?Yes. Paid plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days of your payment for a full refund.
- Can I export my data if I leave?Yes. You can download your contacts and any emails you collected as CSV files from the Contacts page, on every plan.
