Your official tax invoice comes from Dodo Payments, by email, each time you pay. Waveloop doesn't send a separate invoice.
Why it comes from Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is our payment provider and the merchant of record. That means Dodo is the seller of record for your payment. It collects the payment, charges the tax, including GST in India, and issues the invoice.
What you receive
- From Dodo Payments: the official tax invoice, by email, for every payment. Keep this one for your records.
- From Waveloop: a short email confirming your plan. It's a confirmation, and it isn't an invoice.
Find an old invoice
- Search your inbox for emails from Dodo Payments.
- Or log in, open Settings, then Billing Information.
- Choose Manage payment method. The Dodo Payments portal opens, where you can see your invoices.
About GST in India
Prices on our site don't include tax. In India, GST is added at checkout, and you see the full amount before you pay. The GST appears on the invoice Dodo Payments sends you.
If something on your invoice looks wrong, email contact@waveloopai.com with the date of the payment.
