Yes. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Waveloop isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to explain why.
Ask for a refund
- Email contact@waveloopai.com from the email address on your Waveloop account.
- Tell us which plan you paid for and the date of the payment.
- We refund that payment through Dodo Payments, our payment provider.
Good to know
- The 14 days count from the day you pay.
- The free trial costs nothing. If you cancel before day 7, there's nothing to refund.
- A refund and a cancellation are separate. Cancelling stops future payments, and a refund returns a payment you've already made. To stop future payments as well, cancel your plan.
