You can cancel anytime from Settings in the app. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account moves to the free Hobby plan.
Cancel your plan
- Log in to Waveloop.
- Open Settings, then Billing Information.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Pick a reason, and add a note if you like.
- Choose Yes, cancel.
What happens next
- You won't be charged again.
- You keep Creator or Business until the end of the period you paid for.
- After that, your account moves to Hobby. Your automations and contacts stay, and Hobby limits apply, such as 50 new contacts a month.
- If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you're never charged.
More than one Instagram account
Each Instagram account on a paid plan is billed on its own. Cancelling stops the plan for the Instagram account you have open in the app. Switch to the right account before you start.
