- How fast do messages go out?Usually right away. Waveloop sends the DM as soon as Instagram tells it about the comment or message.
- Is my Instagram account safe?Waveloop runs on Instagram's official API, and you connect with Instagram Login, so we never see your password.
- Do you need my Instagram password?No. You connect with Instagram Login, so you type your password into Instagram and Waveloop never sees it.
- Where do captured leads live?On the Contacts page. Your contacts and your email leads are both there, and both export to CSV.
- How do I collect emails from my DMs?Switch on email collection in an automation. Waveloop asks for an email after the DM and saves the answer. Creator plan and up.
- What does link tracking track?It counts taps on the button links in your DMs, as one total for your account. It's on by default.
- Will it break my affiliate or Amazon links?It can while link tracking is on. Switch off Track link clicks on that automation and Waveloop sends your raw link.
- What is Link in Bio?A simple public page for all your links, to put in your Instagram bio. It's included on every plan.
- Where is my public page?At app.waveloopai.com/u/ followed by your handle. You'll find it, copy it and change the handle under Link in Bio.
- What insights do I get?Every plan gets the Home dashboard, run counts and client reports. Creator and Business add Intelligence, with deeper audience and content insights.
- Which plans include Intelligence?Creator and Business. Hobby keeps the Home dashboard, run counts and client reports.
- What is the AI agent, and which plan has it?The AI agent drafts DM replies from your own knowledge base for you to review. It's on the Business plan, with 3,000 AI credits a month.
- Can a human take over a conversation?Yes. You can always reply yourself in Instagram, and messages you send yourself never trigger an automation.
- How do I remove the Waveloop badge?Upgrade to Creator or Business. Both remove the Waveloop line from your DMs and the badge from your Link in Bio page.
