The AI agent drafts replies to Instagram DMs using only the information you give it. You review each draft in your dashboard. It doesn't send anything to Instagram on its own. It's part of the Business plan, which includes 3,000 AI credits a month.
How it works
You fill a knowledge base with your offers, FAQs and policies. The AI writes its draft from that and nothing else. When the answer isn't in your knowledge base, the draft says a teammate will follow up instead of making something up. It's instructed never to invent prices, discounts or policies.
Set it up
- Open AI Agent in your dashboard.
- Under Knowledge base, add a title, like "Shipping policy", and paste the details.
- Click Add to knowledge base. Repeat for each topic.
- Under Try it, paste a DM you might receive and click Draft a reply.
- Read the draft. Click Regenerate for a new one.
AI credits
- One credit is one AI-written draft.
- Business includes 3,000 credits a month, and the dashboard shows how many you've used.
- Unused credits don't carry over to the next month.
- If a draft fails to generate, the credit is given back.
Which plan
Only Business includes the AI agent. Hobby and Creator don't. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Write knowledge base entries the way you'd answer a customer: short and specific, with real prices and links. The drafts can only be as accurate as what you add.
