Everything lives on the Contacts page of your dashboard. It has two parts: your contacts and your email leads.
Your contacts
Everyone who triggers one of your comment automations is saved here, with their Instagram username and when they last interacted. You can:
- Search by username.
- Open their Instagram profile.
- Export everyone, or only the people you tick, as a CSV file.
The contacts CSV has each person's username, a link to their profile and their last interaction date. Contacts are saved on every plan. Hobby includes 50 new contacts a month, and Creator and Business have no limit.
Email leads
When an automation collects emails (Creator plan and up), each one appears under Email leads, with the person's Instagram handle and when it was collected. Click Download emails CSV to export them.
If you move back to Hobby later, the emails you already collected stay there, and you can still view and download them.
Export your contacts
- Open Contacts.
- Tick the people you want, or tick nobody to export everyone.
- Click Export.
The CSV files open in any spreadsheet app, and most email tools can import them. Download a copy regularly so your list is always backed up.
